The following guidelines were established to help District Health Boards (DHBs) and the 16 Regulatory Authorities (RAs) that make up Health Regulatory Authorities of New Zealand(HRANZ) manage competency notification processes. They have been developed from collated DHB and RA feedback about competency notification at both DHB and regulatory level, with the aim of streamlining these processes.
